Government customers may use Services under applicable procurement rules.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Lawful camera placement
- Providing required notice or signage
- Obtaining necessary authorizations
- Configuring retention policies
- Managing user access
- Compliance with privacy and civil liberties obligations
- Proper handling of evidentiary data
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful surveillance
- Violate civil rights or anti-discrimination laws
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or interfere with systems
- Introduce malicious code
- Use data for harassment or stalking
- Circumvent security controls
6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:

We may suspend accounts to protect security.
7. Subscription and Fees

We implement reasonable safeguards but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows and updates may occur.

We are not responsible for third-party systems integrated at customer request.
13. Government Use Provisions / Export Compliance

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months

Customers may terminate per subscription terms.

- Customers are responsible for evidence handling.
- Chain of custody procedures are customer-defined.
- We do not act as an evidentiary custodian unless agreed.

Use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, United States
23. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through:
